This is considered a catalog because you will look at the products choose and fill out an order form. No charges are made until your final approval is received. We like to get straight to the point, so let go.
The Order Process
This is how to order and the process it will go through.
Look at the products and decide which ones you want.
Write down the item number.
Look up the suppliers reference number below and cick on it. The first 3 numbers of the item number is the suppliers reference number.
Fill out the order request form.
We will then check the suppliers warehouse for availability.
Notify you either by email or phone of availability.
We will request you to verify your order and information and your approval to place the order. Along with this we will send an estimate of the total costs. Including shipping and handling. Remeber, this is an estimate because things sometimes change with our knowledge. However, it will usually be real close if not accurate. We will notify you of any changes.
We will request payment by PayPal.
You will send payment through PayPal. ( No PayPal account is needed to use it. However it is free,safe, secure and reliable.)
When your payment clears; we will then place your order. We verify the order through the supplier before the order is placed.
Your order is shipped directly to you.
We will send you the tracking number and all information the supplier sends us about the order by email and keep you updated as we are updated.
Upon receiving your order; you will inspect the order for accuracy and condition.
If anything is wrong, make a note on the shippers invoice before signing it.
If anything is damaged, ask the shipping company how to file a claim. Email us the invoice with your notes. We will forward it to the supplier(s). Yes, take pictures of damaged goods and send them.
If everything is good sign off.
Your done.
Important note:
You are responsible for being available to receive shippment, inspect it and sign off on it. If you fail to sign off on the shippment or if you write no notes, you are stating all is good. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
We will bill you by PayPal. PayPal accepts these payment methods.

Yes! ordering direct means you can resell what you buy! (Your own web site, E-Bay, Amazon and other auction sites are good examples of reselling on the internet.)
Please go to our "shipping" section for instructions and full details about shipping. Shipping cost (estimates) are in that section as well as how long it takes to get your order and other important information you will need. Note: At this time, we only accept PayPal payments. PayPal is safe, secure and a well established payment processor. You do NOT need to sign up for an account with PayPal in order to use it. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. You can open a PayPal account for free and it would be like an on line bank for you. You do not need to make a deposit to keep the account open. PayPal stays in business by charging a small fee. It is NOT upfront. (No one even misses it) We do not waste money by using the "normal" payment processor companies. These companies charge companies to let the company use their servers and it really is not worth it. PayPal charges us a small fee, however, this is easily absorbed by us. If we have the normal payment processors, we would have to pass the cost to you. We don't want that. :) Just a quick reminder. For purchases that are being shipped to FLORIDA or in FLORIDA. We MUST have a copy of your tax certificate, in order not to charge you tax on your purchase. This may be faxed to us at 407-671-0015. (WARNING! Florida sales tax of 6% and a county sur-tax must be added unless you have a certificate. The county tax depends on which county the shippment is going to. Some counties do not have this tax.
Each state has its own tax provisions and you should check on that before selling your products.
FYI: Just because this is the internet; it does NOT mean that you are exempt from your state sales tax or other tax provisions. (Many states are passing this "tax" law.) We think it is fair.
