We will NEVER store ANY sensitive information such as payment methods. All payments with SSMailOrder are completed by the payment processors PayPal. This is safe and secure and does not require you to join in order to make a payment. Membership is free to join however. Sites that do not state that they are a service of  SSMailOrder, are separate from SSMailOrder and have their own payment options. Each site and all payment processors have their own policies. We encourage you to read their privacy policy as well.

You understand that when you purchase DIRECTLY through SSMAILORDER.COM, that there will be NO FULL REFUNDS for the most part and NO REFUNDS on "kits". This is to prevent fraud. Should you have a dispute with SSMailorder, there will be a 50% refund on products or services (excluding "kits"), providing there is no other remedy. We will try to satisfy you first. "Kits" have no refund because of the nature of the information that they contain.

You agree that if a dispute should arise with SSMailOrder.com; your sole remedy is a partial refund and no further actions will be taken. There is only a partial refund because our service fee is taken out. 30%-50%. We spend a lot of time researching products and services for you and will dedicate a person to resolving your issue. This is what the service fee covers. It also prevents fraud. If it is found that a full refund is in order, we will be happy to give that as well. Our research has found that 90% of problems can be resolved without a full refund and thus the fee.

This notice is considered a written agreement. It is your responsibility to use the internet wisely and read all notices. Short and simple version: SSMailorder and its owners make no claims and is not responsible for content or function of the products or services sold on the sites listed. Each site is solely responsible for their own policies and actions. SSMailOrder is simply helping you find what you need.
