Should you have a dispute with SSMailorder, there will be a 50% refund on products or services (excluding "kits"), providing there is no other remedy. We will try to satisfy you first. "Kits" have no refund because of the nature of the information that they contain.
You agree that if a dispute should arise with SSMailOrder.com; your sole remedy is a partial refund and no further actions will be taken. There is only a partial refund because our service fee is taken out. 30%-50%. We spend a lot of time researching products and services for you and will dedicate a person to resolving your issue. This is what the service fee covers. It also prevents fraud. If it is found that a full refund is in order, we will be happy to give that as well. Our research has found that 90% of problems can be resolved without a full refund and thus the fee.
